Conquer_LA Instameet | Downtown LA
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES
I followed this group called Conquer_LA on Instagram for a while and they held regular meetups. They always seemed to fall on days that I had other events planned. This Sunday was different, as I sat there editing photos from a past shoot, I noticed on Instagram that there was a meet in Downtown LA that afternoon. I was determined to go. I met up with one of my friends and we headed downtown. The group met at a vape shop in downtown Los Angeles before setting out on a journey through the streets of LA creating art, street art. In one of the biggest urban areas in the country, photographer, models and artists came together to collaborate and make urban art. Toward the end, my friend and I decided to go over to the 4th street bridge to do some long exposures of the 110 freeway with the skyscrapers in the background lit up. It was a great event and an awesome Sunday. I can’t wait for the next Conquer_LA event.
