Christmas Time at Six Flags Magic Mountain

SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN | LOS ANGELES

Six Flags Magic Mountain is a hidden gem in the Los Angeles area, especially during the holidays. With so much to do in LA, it gets forgotten about quite often. The park transforms during the holidays into a winter wonderland. Amanda's mom was visiting from Brazil and is crazy about everything Christmas so we took the opportunity to show her around.

HOLIDAYS AT SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN

Each section of the park offers different wintery scenes during the holidays. Everything is decorated with lots of Christmas lights and there are tons of photo opportunities. One section of the park offers a campfire and materials to make s'mores so we enjoyed those before heading over to the snowy wonderland. Every so often, they have snowmakers that create a white Christmas for us here in southern California.

SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN PASS

We signed up for a Six Flags membership this past year that gives us free access to the park. One of the perks is that it allows us to get other people in for free from time to time. That meant that we could take Amanda's mom for free. The pass includes free priority parking, one free front of the line pass for each of us each time that we go and various other discounts at merchants on site. One of our favorite perks is that the passes come with unlimited free drinks - non-alcoholic - every visit. We can't wait for summer to arrive and to use the pass to go to the waterpark for free too! Hopefully this coronavirus will pass soon and we can enjoy the park again.
