Must Do In Page, Az
Page, AZ is a small town in the middle of the desert but the amazing places to see there are well worth a visit. No matter the time of year, there is always something that you can explore. Here is a list of some of my favorite places in the area.
Waterholes Canyon is one of my favorite secret spots in Page, AZ. It is a great slot canyon and the perfect alternative if you don’t want to spend the money on the Antelope Canyon tours. Click on the link above to read more about Waterholes Canyon.
Horseshoe Bend is one of the most famous spots in Page, AZ. It is a spot that overlooks the Colorado River where it makes a sharp bend. It makes for dramatic photos at sunset but is spectacular any time of day. Click on the link above to read more about Horseshoe Bend.
The Wave is a rock formation that sits about half way between Page, AZ and Kanab, UT. It does require permits that aren’t the easiest to get so make sure to plan ahead. Click on the link above to read more about how to get permits for the Wave.
Antelope Canyon is one of the most famous slot canyons and it is located a few minutes from downtown Page, AZ. The light beams are one of the most amazing things to see if you happen to be there at the right time. Click on the link above to read more about our visit to Antelope Canyon.
Lake Powell | Page, Az
Page, AZ sits on the shores of Lake Powell and the Colorado River. Lake Powell is one of the most unique and beautiful lakes that I have ever seen. Whether you rent a boat for the day, houseboat for a week or just sit on the cliffs along the shoreline, there is no place like Lake Powell.
