Palos Verdes Aerials | Point Vicente | Terranea | Wayfarer's Chapel

PALOS VERDES - LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

Palos Verdes has so much to offer as far as adventure and sightseeing and I have posted about it a few times now, however, this edition focuses on the seeing the peninsula from the air.  Point Vicente, Terranea and Wayfarer's Chapel are a few of the popular stops in addition to the shorelines and beaches that sit below beautiful cliffs.  Seeing these places from the ground is spectacular but from the air is a perspective that most people don't get to see.  You can watch a 4K video that I put together of some stock drone footage that I shot below.

WAYFARER’S CHAPEL - LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

Wayfarer's Chapel sits between Abalone Cove and Portuguese Point just off of Palos Verdes Drive South.  You can see some of the photos that I took inside the chapel a few years ago by clicking on the here.  The coastline along this part of Los Angeles is made for drones and really stands out around sunset.

TERRANEA RESORT - LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

Terranea Resort is a beautiful luxury resort that sits on the cliffs of Palos Verdes, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.  The red roofs look very Mediterranean, complete with a cliffside pool that will leave you wishing for the sunset to last forever.  I would love to work with Terranea Resort to create a full video of the experience there.  Maybe one day...

POINT VICENTE LIGHTHOUSE | LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

Point Vicente Lighthouse is a place that I have visited  many times.  You can see a couple of the posts that I have made in the past by clicking here and here.  My favorite time to visit is, obviously, at sunset because the cliffs glow a bright red and the sun sets to the north, lighting up the lighthouse.  I have flown the drone here in the past as well which you can see below the photos.

This is an aerial video and was shot on the DJI Phantom 4 Pro in 4K at Point Vicente Lighthouse in Palos Verdes, California on 1/1/2017. Subscribe to my chan...
