WASHINGTON OREGON BORDER

The Columbia River Gorge is a place that I have wanted to visit for quite some time, mainly because of Multnomah Falls. It is apparently the most photographed waterfall, at least in the US, I think. Anyways, we started down the scenic drive which took us up to the Vista House (I think that was what it was called) which provided views up and down the river and they were spectacular. I didn't realize that there were so many waterfalls along the drive but we had a short time so we tried to hit as many as we could. First up was Latourell Falls which was impressively tall! In one of the photos you can see a girl standing at the bottom of them, taking selfies, and it really puts the height of the falls into perspective. We also visited Bridal Veil falls as well as my favorite, Multnomah Falls. If you get a chance to visit, do so, but make sure you give yourself plenty of time to explore the river and all that it has to offer. We were in a rush to get to our appointment for some white water rafting on the White Salmon River. Stay tuned for those pictures coming soon.
